Capital One Cup @ November 1, 2012

Chelsea FC                 5-4               Manchester United FC
David Luiz                  FT                Ryan Giggs (2)
Gary Cahill                                      Javier Hernandez
Eden Hazard                                    Nani
Daniel Sturridge
Ramires

With this sweet revenge, Chelsea have reached the League Cup quarter-finals for the ninth time in 12 seasons after a pulsating encounter at Fortress-Stamford Bridge against Manchester United that saw nine goals go in.

United led three times in the 90 minutes, with Ryan Giggs, Javier Hernandez & Nani all scoring, but they were pegged back on each occasion by David Luiz, Gary Cahill & Eden Hazard.

In extra time there was only one winner. Daniel Sturridge & Ramires put the hosts 5-3 up before a late Giggs penalty ensured a tense last minute.

Here, I analyses the thrilling encounter to work out how it eventually went right for Chelsea.

Match statistics:

Chelsea:          Shots 29 + On target 14 + Possession 52% + Corners 6 + Fouls 17

Man Utd:         Shots 14 + On target 9 + Possession 48% + Corners 4 + Fouls 21

Was the result fair?

In the end, yes. Chelsea did have the stronger team on the field as Roberto Di Matteo brought his star players off the bench & in the end they were too strong. Both sides were incredibly sloppy at times & many of the goals were gifts, but as Chelsea grew into the game from the second half onwards there was only likely & definitely to be one winner.

Chelsea's performance

Good in attack, poor at the back. United's first two goals were directly from errors by the hosts, with Oriol Romeu, Peter Cech & David Luiz culpable. At the same time, however, Victor Moses was a constant threat, with Juan Mata & Hazard becoming increasingly confident as the time wore on.

United's performance

Apart from some huge errors at the back, it was a good showing from a reserves team (did they?). They were clinical in attack during the initial 90 minutes & but for some increasingly poor defending that would have been enough for them. As it was, the two young centre-backs Michael Keane & particularly Scott Wootton could not deal with Chelsea's attack.

My Man of the Match

It's close, but it has to be Victor Moses. The Chelsea midfielder like I said earlier was a real constant threat.  In all, his contribution was as big as anyone's, but his performance & attitude show how great he is.

Referee performance

Fair Play Referee, Lee Mason was too card happy. He started waving his yellow in the 12th minute, which set a precedent he had to follow. After that point almost anything amiss was booked. That said, he got all the penalty decisions right, bar one that he could have given to Chelsea for handball against Wootton.

What next?

Chelsea: Chelsea travel to Wales for a tough fixture against Swansea, who knocked out League Cup holders Liverpool last night &
will take on rival, Leeds United at Elland Road in the last eight of the competition.

United: United host Arsenal on Saturday afternoon, who themselves are fresh from their 7-5 win over Reading. However, do not expect so many goals to be leaked as it will be a full-strength United who line up at Old Trafford.

England FA Hierarchy 2012

 Let us see why the FA favored Manchester United for many years to come.  Below are details of current FA Hierarchy;

Board of directors

None of the FA board of directors has ever played football professionally.

David Bernstein, the FAChairman since January 2011

Chelsea Fans: Here’s The Evidence Of The Manchester United Referee Conspiracy by Mr. Nadim Bedran

To all dearest Chelsea FC fans, you might agree with Mr. Nadim Bedran below.

Wonder why referees who give United bad decisions never repeat the trick? It's because they get taught a heavy lesson from Fergie, The FA & PGMOB. The conspiracy unravels within....

Chelsea fans will soon be demanding answers as An investigation into the worrying relationship between United & referees continues…

After I wrote my last piece, on Manchester United’s relationship with the FA, I was taken aback by the response I had. I suggest to people who haven’t read it to jump to that post now as it gives a lot of background on what we will look at in this article.
As stated in my previous post, the fortunes of the  institutions surrounding football in the UK will be negatively hit should any proof of corruption come out. It is naturally in their interest not to investigate the matter. In fact, the managers that have come out and questioned the refereeing selection process (Rafa Benitez, Andre Villas Boas) have been turned into laughing stocks by the English press corps.
So, investigate some more I did. And some of the stuff I found out surprised even me.
During United’s title winning 2010/11 season, they only lost 4 league games. I looked at who refereed those games and how long they then spent without being assigned Manchester United games as well their subsequent trend of behavior towards United.
"The second game United lost was away to Chelsea. Martin Atkinson was the referee then and some of his decisions incurred the wrath of Alex Ferguson. Atkinson was not given another United game to referee for an ENTIRE YEAR."
Michael Oliver took charge of their first defeat, the February 2011 2-1 loss at Wolves. He was not given another Manchester United game to referee until December 2011. Since then, Oliver has had 2 United games.
United have won both, with Oliver refusing to give a clear Fulham penalty in the 1-0 United win late last season at Old Trafford; a game came right at the end of the title race. A few weeks ago, Oliver gave United a penalty for a shocking dive by Danny Welbeck in the home win against Wigan.
The second game United lost was away to Chelsea. Martin Atkinson was the referee then and some of his decisions incurred the wrath of Alex Ferguson. Atkinson was not given another United game to referee for an ENTIRE YEAR.
Atkinson was further punished with his decisions that went against United that day. He was not given a single Premier League game to referee for a full month. Even worse, he was subsequently given 3 lower league games to referee that season- when he’d previously not officiated a single one that campaign.
It seems that Atkinson was given a clear message that day.
"Giving United penalties in the very next game you referee for them after having been criticized is a trend we’ll soon notice."
The 3rd United loss came at Anfield, where a Dirk Kuyt hat trick secured a 3-1 home win. The referee that day was Phil Dowd. He was criticized by Ferguson for not sending Jamie Carragher off. In the very next United game Dowd refereed, he gave them a penalty which secured a 1-1 draw at Blackburn and their 19th league title.
Giving United penalties in the very next game you referee for them after having been criticized is a trend we’ll soon notice.
The final United loss of the 2010/11 season came at the Emirates, where Chris Foy refereed a 1-0 Arsenal win. It will come to no surprise to people to know that Foy was subsequently not assigned a United league game for, again, AN ENTIRE YEAR.
He did however referee 2 United games in the cups during that time. The first was in the Carling Cup against Crystal Palace. He awarded United a penalty. The second was at Manchester City in the FA Cup. United got a penalty and Vincent Kompany was sent off early in the game.
To resume, we’ve just analyzed what happened to the 4 referees that officiated United’s 4 league losses in the 2010/11 season. 2 of them were not given any more United league games for a full year (Atkinson and Foy), a third for 9 months (Oliver). 2 of those referees gave United penalties in the very next game (Foy and Dowd) they took charge of and one refused to give a blatant one to the opponents (Oliver). Martin Atkinson, was not given Premier League games to officiate for an entire month and assigned to 3 lower league games.
"When Halsey gave WBA a debatable penalty in the 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in May 2005 it was his 5th United game that season. He then also went an ENTIRE YEAR without being given any United games to referee. From 5 games in a season to none for a year…"
I also looked at Mike Jones after prompting from the comments board. Jones refereed the 1-1 home draw with Newcastle last season and falsely awarded Demba Ba a penalty.
Subsequently, Jones was not given a single football game, at ANY level, to referee for an entire month. The next United game he was handed came a few months later, the 2-0 home win against Stoke which saw… You guessed it: 2 penalties awarded to Manchester United which, according to reports, were “very soft”.
How about Mark Halsey? Well, when he gave WBA a debatable penalty in the 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in May 2005 it was his 5th United game that season. He then also went an ENTIRE YEAR without being given any United games to referee. From 5 games in a season to none for a year. His record since then? He’s refereed 11 Man Utd games which have seen 11 United wins: the latest coming at Anfield, where 3 controversial decisions went the away team’s way.
In terms of trends, considering what we discovered about Alan Wiley and Mark Clattenburg (whose record with no United games to referee now stands at 36 league games since he took charge of the 6-1 home loss to City), there’s enough to make you wonder what exactly is going on in the referee selection process. It also ties in perfectly with ex referee Jeff Winter’s comments about The FA being reticent to assign United games to referees Ferguson has criticized in the past.
"I don’t blame the referees…The people I blame are the ones that are letting this happen"
The whole world revolves around incentives and punishment. From a young age, kids are brought up that way. Positive and negative reinforcement are at the very core of child psychology. You can’t blame people who are well aware of the punishment awaiting them (through the form of demotionsand suspension from future United games) if they’d rather go for the safe option of keeping Ferguson happy.
I don’t blame the referees.
The people I blame are the ones that are letting this happen. The media who have not uttered a peep or written a single article about this for 2 decades. The FA who run the game in this country and have allowed this situation to fester. The clubs who see no issue with having David Gill, United’s CEO, on the board of the FA. And of course, the PGMOB:  the people who regulate officiating in England
The person at the head of the PGMOB and who is in charge of selecting which referee gets handed which game is Mike Riley, an ex professional referee who is most famous for giving a penalty for a clear dive by Wayne Rooney in the 2004 Man United 2-0 win against Arsenal which ended the Gunners 49 game unbeaten streak.
Riley was accused of pro United favoritism throughout his career. For younger readers, he’s my generation’s Howard Webb.
"Riley’s bias was so suspected than when was awarded the Everton vs Man Utd FA Cup semi final to officiate in 2009, David Moyes actually called for an investigation on whether Riley was a United supporter. This is the man who now decides which premier league games to assign to referee"
According to the Guardian’s research, which goes to back to the beginning of the 1997-98 season until 2004, “Riley refereed 23 United games in all competitions and gave 12 penalties for United in that time, but only three against them. And he has sent off five of United’s opponents.
At Old Trafford, Riley’s record is weighted even more heavily in favor of United: He gave 10 penalties in the 14 games he officiated to the home side, Manchester United.”
Riley’s bias was so suspected than when was awarded the Everton vs Man Utd FA Cup semi final to officiate in 2009, David Moyes actually called for an investigation on whether Riley was a United supporter.
This is the man who now decides which premier league games to assign to referees.
Add that to everything we’ve found out: the year long waits for referees who take charge of United losses to be given another United game to officiate, the penalties that are given to United in said referees next United games, the punishment for making mistakes that cost United points (Atkinson’s month long suspension from premier league games, Jones’ 1 month suspension from ALL PROFESSIONAL games), the comments from ex referee Jeff Winter (see my previous post), the fact that 18% of Howard Webb’s career penalties have gone to Manchester United, the retirement of Alain Wiley after being called unfit by Alex Ferguson and, of course, the presence of David Gill inside the FA and surely there’s enough there for some investigative journalist in the UK to actually look more into this.
"Why did Foy’s errors on Saturday lead to his demotion to the lowest professional league in England while Webb’s and Jones’ mistakes didn’t cost them?"
If only to put the millions of football fans’ across the world’s minds at ease.
Because we could all be wrong and all of this may just be a set of freakish coincidences. Maybe English football is squeaky clean like they make us believe and the referee selection process is completely unbiased.

Maybe we’re just paranoid…

Or maybe not… Chris Foy failed to give Manchester United a penalty in their 3-2 loss to Spurs last month. The PGMOB did not handed Foy a Premier League game to referee last weekend: instead, he will referee in League 2 for the first time in more than 4 years.
Mike Jones meanwhile, who missed a blatant penalty on Luis Suarez at Norwich the same weekend, took charge of West Brom vs QPR in the Premier League. Finally, Howard Webb (who sent off Jordi Gomez on Saturday; a red card today rescinded by the FA) took charge of Newcastle’s home game against…Manchester United.
Why did Foy’s errors on last month lead to his demotion to the lowest professional league in England while Webb’s and Jones’ mistakes didn’t cost them?
I guess we all know the answer to that question…

Chelsea Winning Streak Ruined by 14 Players of Manchester United

http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/4643/prematch1eplchelseavman.png

Chelsea FC done everything they could to win last game dated October 28, 2012 against Manchester United FC at Stamford Bridge.  That was the game that all CFC fans around the world predicted we could totally outclassed MUFC but it was not that easy though.  Even though we conceded 2 early goals in the first half but CFC comeback with bombastic attitude & full of confidence to make it 2-2.  At this moment, MUFC are nothing & just defending all the time with "parking bus" tactical formation being constantly used.

To be honest, it was a perfect & beautiful game from CFC until Man of the Match, MUFC's summer signing, Mark Clatenberg robbed CFC alive in the last 20mins of the game.  Millions people watching it live, witnessing how poor refereeing decisions made by Mark Clatenberg against CFC players.

http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/00787/clattenburg_787099c.jpg

2 players have been sent off which were Ivanovic & Torres in less than 10mins in the second half.  The decisions have made Chelsea looked awful, making Roberto Di Matteo simply agitated on the sideline.  Then, the beautiful game became unpleasant to watch, dissatisfaction raising up, everyones especially Chelsea fans were annoyed to the max & already starting to expect Chelsea defeated by Manchester United.

Torres almost got substituted with Sturridge but then, Mark Clatenberg preferred to continue the game even had noticed the assistant referee confirmed it & had holding up the Subs board to exchange players at the sideline.  Later on, Torres got booked for second yellow card & it finished Chelsea with 9 men.  Further, Chicharito came in as substitute with banging a clear offside goal for Manchester United.  When the scores was 2-3, people starting to realize referees were the real winner there & the stats showing Chelsea 9 players VS 14 "players" of Manchester United was behind for the first defeat in 9 matches this season.  It was also ruined fortress records Chelsea against Manchester United in Stamford Bridge for 10 years.

I for one, cannot believe it because what had happened really damage the image of so-called the best league in the world.  Like our legend, Didier Drogba said, "It's a fucking disgrace".

http://theoriginalwinger.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/The-FA-Logo.jpg

FA such a real joke & I am really sure it will happen again in the near future as I could not disagree if it continue to be happened for another decade, could it be another century too.

http://www.soccertransfers.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Juan-mata2.jpg

At in the end of the day, I am proud with Chelsea spirit & attitude to fight back awesomely even without Drogba, Lampard & John Terry.  I still believe Chelsea will handsomely win the EPL this season because we deserve to be the REAL champion of England.  Enough said.

Real Madrid Complete Loan Move for Michael Essien

The Bison, Michael Essien has moved on a season-long loan to Real Madrid.

Madrid had been in talks with the Chelsea midfielder during transfer deadline day, with the Blues now confirming the deal.

Essien will be reunited with Jose Mourinho, the man who signed him for Chelsea in 2005.

There had been talk that the Ghana international was to move to Arsenal or Everton, but a deal with Madrid was always the favoured option.

Essien was not in the squad as Chelsea were beaten 4-1 in the European Super Cup.

Always a great player and could be one of living legend for Chelsea FC.

Wishing him back to his very best and good luck in everywhere he plays.

Chelsea 3rd Wins In A Row For EPL

Torres had his name on the scoresheet as new boy, superb Hazard also found his target for Chelsea FC after 22nd minutes against NewHassle Urinated a.k.a CarToon Army at Stamford Bridge.  It was our 3rd wins in a row and it will help Chelsea FC to boost up team morale and motivation before meeting Athletico Madrid this coming September 1st, 2012 for UEFA Super Cup.

The combination good displays from these two hardworking players have raise up our standard back as European champion and be one of main EPL title contender.  The future seems to me is so bright ahead, the way that Chelsea FC signed all young talented lads such Hazard brothers, Oscar, Marin, De Bruyne, Azpilicueta and Moses to replace the goldies and to revive Chelsea FC for years to come.

What the Board of Chelsea FC have done so far, especially King Roman Abramovich, were tremendous and really a massive step to keep forward with all elite clubs in this world.

Back to our main man upfront, yesterday, we witnessed Torres pressuring and terrorizing CarToon Army's defenders with Hazard and Mata, I could imagine that Chelsea FC will go far beyond and why not to win more honors in all competitions we in.  Torres looking so sharp and fit but as I highlighted my view before, if Lampard and Mikel playing together for our 1st eleven, Torres will be nowhere to find the back of the net.  Not to forget that if all teammates were greedy, no way Torres involved with that result of 2-0 win.

Really appreciate all Chelsea FC players for the great display, never doubt with the talents we have so far, believe and focus will drive us to top of the league for weeks or months and for sure, all Chelsea FC players were Man of The Match for the game we won against CarToon Army.

Keep the good work rate and fight to the end! KTBFFH!

Torres Suffered In Chelsea Camp??!

You see above the image of Fernando Torres finally got holding and kissing UCL Cup but does he really happy at Chelsea camp?

To be honest, I for one, arguably agree that Torres is suffering a lot even winning FA Cup and UCL Cup last season.

For the first these two games against Wigan Athletic (away) and Reading (Home), he got poor services from his teammates, but came only from fantastic players such Eden Hazard and Ashley Cole whom still want to have eyes for Torres that scored one after all.

I saw Torres struggled enough, when the likes of almost every players on the pitch did not want to pass to Torres, included Juan Mata, Ramires and Ivanovic whom for me not type of greedy players.

The massive different I found here is that when in Liverpool, even Torres not playing so hard (as the way he performing for Chelsea), he scored goals for fun.  But here in Chelsea camp, he hardly get one goal in up to 5 to 6 games and simply not getting the better services from others even he is and was in a very good position against opponents.

My research is when Lampard and Mikel playing together in double pivot for first eleven squad, Torres will never score for Chelsea.  What happen to the current squad?  The virus of "SELFISH" of Sturridge has spread widely?  Roberto DiMatteo is now our Manager, must doing something to solve it immediately and address the issue as the main contents of the success of the squad for this and upcoming seasons.  Players need continuity to prove their abilities, surely Torres did not enjoy much with the living legend, Didier Drogba in the team last season.  I am sure he will shine and become a goalscoring legend for Chelsea if provided with a good nicest opportunity.  Torres is so desperate to prove himself, more than we are desperate to see him scoring at this moment.

Torres clearly must up there to show how damn good he is and that is because the tormented bloke is our main striker for sure.  DiMatteo must step up and start to bench Lampard and Mikel to give fine chance for new lads, Moses, Marin, Oscar or even Romeu so that the possession is good and the movement of passing will be in a very accurate tempo so that King Roman Abramovich will not step in and get involves with the team.

Last but not least, we shall see in the coming games whether or not this is all just hot air or whether there is some truth in what I am saying here.  I for one now cannott wait for Romeu, Moses and Oscar to be a regular starter for the squad rather than Mikel because I can see them with Hazard being Torres' saving grace for this season.

For Chelsea against NewHassle Urinated tonight will be;

--------------------------------------------------Cech (C)--------------------------------------------------
Azpilicueta--------------------Cahill/Ivanovic---------------------Luiz--------------------------------ACole
-----------------------------------------------Ramires/Romeu----------------------------------------------
Moses/Marin------------------Oscar------------------------------------Mata-----------------------Hazard
--------------------------------------------------Torres-----------------------------------------------------
